Kwadwo Asamoah could return to the starting XI after returning from international duty at the Africa Cup of Nations with Ghana, while Leonardo Bonucci is also available having served his two-match domestic suspension.
Having both found the net in the Bianconeri's last two matches, Mirko Vucinic and Alessandro Matri are once again expected to lead the line, and Nicolas Anelka could make his Serie A debut from the bench. Paolo De Ceglie and Luca Marrone are also pushing for starts.
Alessandro Florenzi did not take part in Thursday's training session as he is suffering from flu, and Pablo Daniel Osvaldo and Daniele De Rossi could face late fitness tests on their respective knee and thigh injuries.
The Giallorossi are already without Leonardo Castan, Federico Balzaretti and Mattia Destro for the clash against the Italian champions, so Andreazzoli will be hopeful that his star players can make a quick recovery.
Probable Line-ups
ROMA: Stekelenburg, Marquinhos, Burdisso, Dodo, Lamela, Bradley, De Rossi, Marquinho, Pjanic, Totti, Osvaldo
JUVENTUS: Buffon, Barzagli, Bonucci, Caceres, Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah, Vucinic, Matri

Seven points separate fourth-placed Nerazzurri and the Bianconeri, while Roma lie just six adrift of Andrea Stramaccioni's side as they bid to cement their place in the top-six.
Both sides secured their place in the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia in midweek - the Giallorossi grinding out a 1-0 win over Fiorentina, while Inter needed extra time to see off Bologna - meaning they will also face one another three days later in the first leg.
The hosts will be without Pablo Osvaldo, Maarten Stekelenburg and Alessio Romagnoli through injury, while the visitors have a lengthy injury list to contend with, as Dejan Stankovic, Luca Castellazzi, Yuto Nagatomo, Ricky Alvarez, Walter Samuel, Antonio Cassano and Coutinho all miss out.
Udinese coach Francesco Guidolin is forced to make one change from the team that defeated Fiorentina 3-1 as first-choice goalkeeper Zeljko Brkic is set for a short spell on the sidelines having fractured his finger. Daniele Padelli will therefore take his place between the sticks.
Probable Line-ups
AS ROMA: Goicoechea, Piris, Marquinhos, Castan, Balzaretti, Pjanic, De Rossi, Florenzi, Lamela, Destro, Totti
INTER MILAN: Handanovic, Ranocchia, Chivu, Juan Jesus, Zanetti, Guarin, Gargano, C'biasso, Pereira, Rocchi, Palacio

The absence of Leandro Castan forces one defensive change for Roma after the Giallorossi slumped to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Chievo in the last round of Serie A fixtures.
The Brazilian centre-back is suspended for AC Milan's visit, and will be replaced in the middle by Nicolas Burdisso; Marquinhos, meanwhile, will remain after passing a fitness test during the week.
Elsewhere, Miram Pjanic drops back into midfield allowing Erik Lamela to retake his place as part of an attacking trident - Alessandro Florenzi will be the man who makes way.
Mauro Goicoechea trained with the first team during the week after starting against Chievo, and could keep his place instead of Maarten Stekelenburg between the posts.
Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri is likely to make just two changes to the team that demolished Pescara 4-1 at the weekend. Phillippe Mexes is once again fit and would be a straight swap for Cristian Zapata in the centre of defence, after sitting on the bench as an unused substitute during that last victory.
In attack, meanwhile, Kevin-Prince Boateng could be handed a start alongside Robinho and Stephan El Shaarawy in the front three. The Ghana international would replace Giampaolo Pazzini, who failed to find the net against Pescara.
Probable Line-ups
ROMA: Goicoechea, Piris, Burdisso, Marquinhos, Balzaretti, Bradley, De Rossi, Pjanic, Lamela, Osvaldo, Totti
AC MILAN: Amelia
De Sciglio, Mexes, Yepes, Constant, Nocerino, Ambrosini, Montolivo, Robinho, Boateng, El Shaarawy
